Permits and Taxes

All vendors must possess and visibly display valid licenses and permits as required by West Memphis and Arkansas authorities, including but not limited to health department permits, business licenses, and City of West Memphis Food Truck Vendor permit ($150).

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all taxes as required by law for prepared food vendors in West Memphis. This includes state, county, and city sales taxes, and a 3% Advertising and Promotions Prepared Food tax.

All questions concerning permits and fees should be addressed to the City Clerk at 205 S. Redding St.; (870) 732-7510.

  8. For what length of time do you wish to rent (daily, weekly, monthly)?

  9. Do you have a City of West Memphis Food Truck Vendor Permit?

Once your email is received, someone will reach back out to you ASAP with a list of available spaces and a link to pay. After a space is confirmed and a contract is signed, we will ask for your logo to be added to our Facebook page and Website, and you can start selling!
